Shopping Etiquette

As it is my understanding, people, women, mostly, enjoying a good shopping spree every now and then, or every week. They don't do it because it's necessary, they do it because it makes them feel good, because they're bored, or because it's a good way to relieve themselves of stress.
However, most shoppers have horrible manners! They're rude and messy. Many are of the mindset that the store associates are there to attend to their every whim and clean up the mess they leave behind. As it stands, that it's not necessarily the case.
Store workers are to keep the place tidy and to aid customers in their shopping. But it's really very rude to go around and throwing the merchandise on the floor after trying it on, in the middle of the store, no less! There is a dressing room, you can go there, try on the items, and they ones you don't want, can be given to the person that works in that area.
You should also keep in mind that these people have probably been working for a few hours straight, they might have a family that needs to be taken care of, or school. They are most likely tired and really don't need to put up with your bad temper! That's not what they're paid for, despite what the popular opinion is. Also, if you're the kind of person that flirts with the store attendants, you should know you're probably making them uncomfortable, even if they don't show it. It is most unprofessional to respond to such advances in a work place.
Lastly, I'd like to mention that a store is not a day care center! Parents, don't go with your kids to a store and leave them to wreak havoc! Not only is it dangerous to let your child out of sight in such a public place, it's also makes people think your parenting skills are bad!
In all, be respectful of other people and their roles as store workers!
